It uses an encapsulated, time-release delivery system designed to feel gentle rather than sharp against the eye area, and like the original formula, one thin line along the upper lash line each day is all it takes. It's designed to be applied once a day, as a single thin line directly onto clean, dry upper eyelashes only, above the lash line, ideally after prepping lashes with a gentle micellar cleanser to remove makeup, oil and debris.
